Program Detail:
During this retreat, you’ll engage in yoga and meditation alongside Ayurveda treatments, all guided by a certified yoga teacher and experienced vaidya (doctor). Ayurveda and yoga are complementary sciences: Ayurveda focuses on physical and mental health, while yoga addresses mental wellness. Yoga practices help balance neurohormones and metabolism, promoting natural stress relief and addressing stress-related disorders. Our holistic approach integrates these disciplines to foster overall well-being and restore equilibrium in both body and mind. Accommodations are designed in the Satvik Living style, surrounded by nature. Each room includes an attached toilet, shower, and Western-style commode. Guests can choose from double, shared, or single rooms according to their preference. Children under 5 years old stay free of charge with their parents in the same room, including complimentary food. Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises. This setup guarantees a comfortable, serene environment that enhances relaxation and rejuvenation throughout your stay.
